Unable to create DSN connection in your HELM Windows hosting control panel
Symptoms
Receives an error as “There are no databases of this type available”
Cause
Could be due to wrong ODBC DSN type been choose or there isn’t any database at your end.
Workaround
STEP 1: Login to your Helm control panel. Example: cp.domainame.com
STEP 2: Click on Domains and select your domain name
STEP 3: Click on ODBC DSNs
STEP 4: Click on Add New button
STEP 5: Select Database Type that you are using and click next
STEP 6: Enter the Data Source Name
STEP 7: Select the database that you wish to create the DSN and click save

2. Database Name
