How to enable Auto Responders in Helm for Windows Hosting

Issue

Do not know on how to inform your email sender that you will be away from work

Symptoms

None

Cause

Lack of knowledge on managing auto responders

Workaround

STEP 1: Login to your Helm hosting control panel.

STEP 2: Click on Domains

STEP 3: Click on your domain name

STEP 4: Select “Email Accounts (POP3)

STEP 5: Click on Mail Id on which you want to set Auto Responder

STEP 6: Tick on Enable Auto Responder check box (Enable it)

STEP 7: Enter your message in Message Box

STEP 8: Click “Save
