Issue
Do not know to create an email account in your windows hosting account (using HELM control panel).
Symptoms

Cause
Lack of knowledge in creating an email account.
Workaround
STEP 1: Login to your Helm control panel. eg: cp.domainame.com
1.1: If you have forgottern the password, please click the link Click Here if you have lost your logon details
1.2: You will receive an email which contain a Confirmation link to reset your Helm Password
1.3: You will receive 2nd email which contain the new password with username for the Helm login.
STEP 2: Click on “Email Accounts (POP3)” and click “Add New” button
STEP 3: Check the box , “Set as the catch all account” ONLY if you need all the account mails need to reach this account.
STEP 4: Check the box ,”Enable Responder” ONLY if wish to fill in the field Auto Responder textbox with the necessary information.
STEP 5: Fill in the “Store & Forward To” ONLY if you need to redirect the mails to a different email address.
STEP 6: Click Save
If you fail to create the email account, please ensure you have followed the Email creation and Password Policy to use a complex password for the creation.
