Issue
Uploaded a non html file called .cdr/.cda/.3gpp but unable to download.
Symptoms
None
Cause
Could be due to the Web server does not recognise such file type.
Workaround
STEP 1: Kindly login to your Helm control panel. eg: http://cp.yourdomainname.com
STEP 2: Click on Domains
STEP 3: Click on your domain
STEP 4: Click on MIME Types
STEP 5: Add a new MIME type. Alternatively you can compress the file to *.zip format or rename the file to .zip extension which is commonly recognized by the server.
