Update / change the current RDP access credentials.

STEP 1: Login into the server with administrative level privileges.
STEP 2: Click on “Start”, “Administrative Tools”, then “Computer Management”
STEP 3: Double-click on “Local Users and Groups”
STEP 4: Click on “Users”
STEP 5: Right-Click on the user you wish to change the password for > Click “Set Password” > Proceed.
STEP 6: Now, enter in the desired password twice > click “OK” to save the changes.

If you are unable to update the RDP password, kindly submit a ticket to Support Team regarding this issue.
