In order to register a .my domain, information as listed below are needed.

Note: For .my domain, the domain owner can be either an individual or a company. For .com.my / .org.my / .net.my, the domain shall be only a registered company. |

Supporting Documents Guidelines
In the event you are registering the domain for your client, please inform us via tickets on the registration details that you wish to use if different from your Billing System Profile details.
STEP 1: Please Place your domain order online
STEP 2: Please submit your supporting document to us by attach to a ticket to Billing Department at SupportChain.com or fax to 603-80624955
– photocopy of Company / Organization Registration Certificate (for example: Form-D or Form-9)
– photocopy of Identity Card to us (Front & Back)
STEP 3: Please proceed with the payment and submit the receipt via fax or SupportChain.com
STEP 4: Once all payment and supporting document are verified, we shall proceed to apply and approve the .my domain name. The Administrative Contact will then receive an email from .MY Domain Registry for the domain username & password.
STEP 5: Please wait for 24 hours for the domain to be registered and confirmed by .MY Domain Registry. The Administrative Contact will again receive a final email from us when the domain is successfully registered. This process may take longer if there are some issue with the supporting document provided such as unmatch details, ambiguous domain applied etc.
