Need to configure your email account into your Thunderbird 2.0

Workaround
STEP 1: Open Thunderbird.
STEP 2: Click the Tools menu, and select Account Settings.
STEP 3: Click the Add Account button to launch Account Wizard.
STEP 4: Fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:
Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the Your Name column.
Email Address: Enter your full email address ([email protected])
STEP 5: Click Next.
STEP 6: Select POP as the type of incoming server you are using.
STEP 7: In the Incoming Server field, type mail.yourdomain.com
STEP 8: In the Outgoing Server field, type mail.yourdomain.com
STEP 9: Click Next.
STEP 10: Enter a name for this account or simply leave your email address for the Account Name and click Next.
STEP 11: Click Finish.
STEP 12: In the upper left corner, click Server Settings.
STEP 13: In the left margin, click Outgoing Server (SMTP).
STEP 14: Click the Edit button on the right.
STEP 15: In the Port field, enter 27.
STEP 16: Click OK to exit the Account Settings window.
