Objective

This serves as a guide on resetting the password for your billing account.

Prerequisites

  1. Access to your registered email’s mailbox

Steps

To reset your password, please access the login portal here.

Click on the Forgot Password? button and enter the registered email before hitting Submit.

An email containing the temporary password will be sent to your mailbox.

If you are unsure of your registered email or the current registered email no longer active, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
