Unsure how to perform backup for your Windows Hosting account.

Lack of knowledge on performing the backup.

Kindly refer steps on how to backup Email, DB and Web Contents.

You may advise all email users to download their email messages to Outlook or Outlook Express of their local PC.

SMTP hostname: mail.domainname.com (SMTP port 27) with SMTP authentication enabled
POP hostname: mail.domainname.com (POP port 110)

In order to backup the database, you may perform it via phpmyadmin by accessing to http://cp.domainname.com/phpmyadmin/ and perform database export.

Step 1: On the left panel, select the database that you wish to backup.

Step 2: On the right panel, click on ‘Export Tab’.

Step 3: Click on Select All Link.

Step 4: Ensure ‘Complete inserts’ is checked.

Step 5: Click on ‘Go’ button to generate the SQL Scripts and save it to be imported to new server.

You may download all the files under wwwroot directory via FTP and save to your local PC.
