Cause
Could be due to your ISP connections
Workaround
STEP 1: Kindly perform a ping and tracert command and return the result in .jpg for us to verify.
- Start -> Run -> Type “cmd” -> ping yourdomainname.com
- Start -> Run -> Type “cmd” -> tracert yourdomainname.com
STEP 2: You may also try to connecting using different ISP connections.

1. FTP username
2. FTP password
