Lack of knowledge on the actual procedures
Workaround
For Co-location client, kindly fill up the Data Center Visit Form and submit to Support Department via www.supportchain.com at least 2 working days in advance before the preferred visit date.
Additional Information
Only the person whose name filled up in the visit form is allowed to enter the server room. The rest of visitors may only wait at the waiting room.
