Need to configure your email account into your Apple iPhone or iPod Touch.

STEP 1: If this is the first account you’re setting up on the iPhone or the iPod Touch, tap Mail. Otherwise, from the Home screen choose Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Accounts and choose Add Account.
STEP 2: Choose your email account type. Set the account type as “Other”
STEP 4: Fill the following information:
- Name – this is the name you want to associate with the e-mail address. It is what people who receive your e-mails will see as who sent the mail
- Address – the e-mail address that you are going to be using (e.g. [email protected])
- Password – The password will also have been supplied to you, please note the password is case sensitive.
- Description – A description so that you can identify your account (e.g. [email protected])
STEP 5: Tap Save.
STEP 6: Next, select the server type POP by tapping the option on the rig
STEP 7: Then input the following account information for the Incoming & Outgoing Mail
Server:
Incoming Mail Server
Host Name: mail.YOURDOMAINNAME
User Name: YOURFULLEMAILADDRESS (e.g. [email protected])
Password: YOUREMAILPASSWORD
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Host Name: mail.YOURDOMAINNAME
User Name: YOURFULLEMAILADDRESS (e.g. [email protected])
Password: YOUREMAILPASSWORD
STEP 8: Then tap SAVE.
STEP 9: You may receive a prompt asking to connect without using SSL ; tap NO.
STEP 10: Then tap SAVE again.
STEP 11: There is a possibilities that you will be prompted a “POP account verification failed” and a warning that this account may “not be able to send or receive emails”. (Else, you may skip to step 13)
STEP 12: Tap SAVE again.
STEP 13: Go back to the Account Info, select the account you have just configured. Scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server and select SMTP [mail.YOURDOMAINNAME]. (The selection that marked with Red color number 1 )
STEP 14: Select mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.
STEP 15: Ensure the SMTP is ON and set the Server Port to 27
STEP 16: Go back to the Account Info, an select Advanced. (The selection that marked with Red color number 2 in the screenshoot of the step 13 )
STEP 17: Ensure the Incoming Setting port is 110.
