I cannot login to supportchain.com by using the details I have.
Symptoms
There is an “Invalid Username or Password” error message.
Cause
Either the username or password is not correct.
Workaround
Please be informed that supportchain.com and Billing System are 2 different system. Thus, each system will have their own login details.
