Steps

Step 1: You will receive the Renewal Notification and Proforma Invoices automatically sent from our Billing System at the following schedules.

Cloud Solutions / Server Co Location

i) Proforma Invoice:  30 days before expiry date (For annual billing cycle)
15 days before expiry date (For monthly billing cycle)
ii) Unpaid Invoice Reminder: 15 days before expiry date (For annual billing cycle)
iii) Invoice Overdue Reminder: 1 & 3 days after expiry date

Domain

i) Proforma Invoice:  30 days before expiry date
ii) Domain Renewal Notification: 30, 15, 7, 3, 1 days before expiry date
iii) Unpaid Invoice Reminder: 15 days before expiry date
iv) Invoice Overdue Reminder: 1 & 3 days after expiry date

Shared Hosting

i) Proforma Invoice:  30 days before expiry date
ii) Unpaid Invoice Reminder: 15 days before expiry date
iii) Invoice Overdue Reminder: 1 & 3 days after expiry date
