How to Retrieve Unpaid Invoices or Past Invoices

Objectives

The objective is to guide users on how to retrieve invoices of past purchases or upcoming renewal

Prerequisites

1. Have access to your Billing account.

Steps

You may check the invoices by logging in to your client area with us via WHMCS (Billing System). Kindly follow below steps:

Step 1: Go to http://billing.netonboard.com/clientarea.php

Step 2: Enter the Email Address and Password

Step 3: Click Login
    – If you have forgotten your password, click on the link Request a Password Reset

Step 4: After login, Go to My Invoices. You will be greeted with a list of current invoices (PAID / UNPAID).
