Issue
I forgot to enter the promotion voucher code when i place my order.
Symptoms
The invoice total amount showing normal retail price.
Cause
Voucher Code was not entered or validated.
Workaround
Kindly submit a ticket to our Sales Department to request for the addition of Voucher Code your new invoice. We shall proceed to update the order and invoice thereafter.
