Unable to track down where an email came from.
Symptoms

Cause
Lack of knowledge on how to view email headers.
Workaround
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
Step 1: Open a message.
Step 2: On the View menu, click Options.
Step 3: Header information appears under Delivery options in the Internet headers box.
Note: If you do not see the Options command, make sure you click View on the toolbar in an open message window. The View menu on the standard Outlook toolbar does not have the Options command.
Outlook 2010
Step 1: Open the email you wish to view the headers for. Then click the File menu.
Step 2: Click the Properties button in the menu
Step 3: A new window will open and it will show you the headers
