How to use PING command

Issue

Experiencing network-related problem and unable to troubleshoot / uncover the issue

Symptoms

Experiencing occasional / frequent slowdowns, disconnections OR general connectivity issues with an application requires internet access to function (e.g. web browsers, online games, stock trading applications, Voice over IP (VoIP) or similar applications).

Cause

None

Guideline

Step 1: Select the Start button

Step 2: Type in run.

Step 3: Type in cmd  in the text field and then hit Enter

Step 4: On the command prompt, type the command ping domainname.com then hit Enter.

Step 5: If the connection to the destination has been established prior to this, replies from the destination (results) will be displayed.

Additional Information 

Once you are able to follow the workaround and get the printscreen as above, please submit ticket to our Support Team by attaching the printscreen.
