Do not know to create an email account in your windows hosting account (using HELM control panel).

STEP 1: Login to your control panel at http://cp.yourdomainname.com
- If you do not know your hosting login details, kindly refer here
STEP 2: Go to the Mail Icon
STEP 3: Click on Account
STEP 4: Click Create Mail Account button
STEP 5: Enter the new email address preferred and choose your domain name
STEP 6: Key in the new email address password and re-enter to confirm it again
STEP 7: Enter mailbox size in MB. Example 200MB
STEP 8: Please ignore the “Reply to Address:” as this function was disabled by us.
STEP 9: Check the box ,”Enable Responder” ONLY if wish to fill in the field Auto Responder textbox with the necessary information.
STEP 10: Under Mail Forwarding, enter the field only if you wish to forward all email received by this new email to another email address.
Important Note: Effective from 7th July 2009, Automatic Email Redirection / Email Forwarding to following domains will be rejected by Mail Server. This enforcement is required as to protect shared hosting environment mail server from being blacklisted by known service provider such as Google, Yahoo and Hotmail.

STEP 11: Click Save
If you fail to create the email account, please ensure you have followed the Email creation and Password Policy to use a complex password for the creation
