Workaround

The global trusted senders feature allows system administrators to specify email addresses or domains that are exempt from spam filtering for the entire server. This can prevent mail from friends, business associates and mailing lists from being blocked as spam.

To add a trusted sender to your global trusted sender’s list, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Log into SmarterMail as the system administrator.

STEP 2: Click the Security Icon.

STEP 3: Click Trusted Senders in the navigation pane. A list of your current trusted senders will display in the content pane.

STEP 4: Click New in the content pane toolbar.

STEP 5: Enter a value. This value can be an email address, such as [email protected], or a domain, such as example.com.

STEP 6: Click Save.

The address or domain is now listed as a trusted sender for all domains on the mail server.
