Causes
When the data connection is unexpectedly closed before the completion of a data transfer.
Fixes
Step 1: Restart FTP
Try logging back in, encouraged to restart the FTP transaction and try again.
Step 2: Contact NET
Contact NET to check if you need to increase your hosting account.
Step 3: Disable Firewall
Try disable the firewall on your PC, if not solves the problem, you may contact NET or ISP.
