Issue

I want to transfer and renew .MY domain name with Net Onboard

Invoicing party as per WHOIS is currently not under R051 – Net Onboard Sdn Bhd

You have not updated the .MY Domain Invoicing Party via .MY Domain Registry web site

You may follow below steps to update the Invoicing Party details for your .my domain name:

STEP 1: Go to https://domainmanager.mynic.my/Mynic-ViewController-context-root/faces/PB/UserLogin.jsp

STEP 2: Click Login (top right corner)

STEP 3: Enter the Domain Administrative Contact Username & Password

Note: You may get it from your current domain registrar

STEP 4: Enter the Administrative Contact Code

Note: You may get the code by performing whois search at http://whois.domainregistry.my

STEP 5: Click Proceed

STEP 6: Go to Domain Name and choose Modify Domain

STEP 7: Enter the domain name and choose extension

STEP 8: Select the domain name wish to modify

STEP 9: Click Modify

STEP 10: Tick Appoint New Invoicing Party

STEP 11: Select Reseller -> Net Onboard – R051

STEP 12: Click Modify
