I wish to change my domain details.
Symptoms
The domain details under whois search are not correct.
Cause
The details of the domain registrant, administrative, billing or technical are not updated upon any change.
Workaround
You may change the domain details by logging in to your account with us under WHMCS (Billing System). Kindly follow below steps:
STEP 1: Go to http://billing.netonboard.com
STEP 2: Under Client Login, enter the username and password
STEP 3: Click Login
STEP 4: Go to My Domains and your lists of domain name will be displayed
STEP 5: Click on your preferred domain name to be updated
STEP 6: Under Management Tools, click Contact Information
STEP 7: Enter the new details
STEP 8: Click Save Changes
