Net Onboard paid Addon Domain service is covered under our 99% network uptime guarantee similar with other hosting service provided. SLA of 99.9% is on Hardware Uptime, Network Uptime and Power Uptime (Uptime Calculation exclude Scheduled Maintenance/Force Majeure).
