I wish to submit my web site URL to search engine but not sure how

New web site launched and could not be searched on search engines.
Cause
You are not sure on the search engine exact URL where you can submit your website address for free.
Workaround
You may refer to the URL below to submit to those major search engines. The following URL submissions are free and it takes some times to index your site (approximate 3-6months) depends on each search engines.
We suggest you to update your web pages with search engine friendly Title & Descriptions tag.
