Issue
I want to update nameserver for my Internic domain name.
Symptoms
Your website or email is not working.
Cause
The domain nameserver is not pointed to the correct hosting service.
Workaround
You may change the nameserver by logging in to your account with us via WHMCS (Billing System). Kindly follow below steps:
STEP 1: Go to http://billing.netonboard.com
STEP 2: Under Client Login, enter the username and password
STEP 3: Click Login
STEP 4: Go to My Domains and your lists of domain name will be displayed
STEP 5: Click on your preferred domain name to be updated
STEP 6: Under Nameservers, enter your new Primary and Secondary Nameserver
STEP 7: Click Save Changes
Additional Information
1. If you do not know your nameservers, kindly contact your hosting provider.
