How to Create Auto Responders in CPanel?

Issue

Do not know on how to use system to auto-reply your email sender whenever receive an email.
eg. for Vacation AutoReply or Receipt Acknowledgement.

Symptoms

None

Cause

Lack of knowledge on managing email auto responders.

STEP 1: Login to your CPanel

STEP 2: Click onto the Auto Responders link from the Email column

STEP 3: Click Add Auto-responder to create a new auto-responder

STEP 4: At the Email column, key in the email address of the sender.

STEP 5: Insert the Name you wish to display.

STEP 6: The Subject field is the subject of the email.

STEP 7: The HTML Message checkbox allows you to include html tags inside of your reply.

STEP 8: The Body textbox is where your response should go.

STEP 9: Click on Create/Modify button.
