Unable to access WinSCP
Symptoms
Receive WinSCP login info but have no idea on how to proceed further.
Cause
Lack of knowledge in accessing to WinSCP
Workaround
STEP 1: Please open your WinSCP application. If you do not have an WinSCP client, you can download the WinSCP freeware client at http://winscp.net/eng/download.php
STEP 2: Click Session in the left panel
STEP 3: Insert your FTP HostName in the Host Name
- Eg : cs.netonboard.com
STEP 4: At the login as: prompt, enter your username
STEP 5: At the password: prompt, enter your password
STEP 6: Look at the Protocol session -> Change the File Protocol to FTP and No Encryption -> Default Port Number = 21
