Cause
- There is an issue with your origin web server. “Error establishing database connection” is commonly generated.
Workaround
Step 1
If the HTML page contains “cloudflare” or “cloudflare-nginx”, kindly provide NET at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your domain name
- The time and time zone of the 500-error occurrence
- The output of www.example.com/cdn-cgi/trace from the browser where the 500 error was observed (replace www.example.com with your actual domain and host name) [OPTIONAL]
