Objectives
Register a new Business Cloud Hosting (BCH) account and Smartermail account for clients.
Prerequisites
1. The domain has been registered via https://billing.netonboard.com/admin/
2. The payment has been made and updated via https://billing.netonboard.com/admin/
Steps
Step 1: Business Cloud Hosting Registration
Login to https://billing.netonboard.com/admin. Then, search the domain name in the search bar.
Navigate to the Summary tab. Under Products/Services, select the Business Cloud Hosting service item.
Next, copy the Username and Password to the SmarterMail account of the same domain.
Then, click Save.
Ensure that the expiry date for Business Cloud Hosting is set to one year from the day of registration.
Select Create. When a pop-up message shows up, select Yes. Verify this information by going to https://netl13.es2u.com:2087/
On the left pane, select List Accounts and search for the domain.
Finally, login as the client via https://netl13.es2u.com:2083/
Step 2: SmarterMail Deployment
Select the 50GB SmarterMail service of the same domain. Ensure the expiry date is 1 year from the date of registration.
Select Create. When a pop-up message shows up, select Yes. To verify, login as client via net-w23.es2u.com.
Then, logout from the client account, then login as admin.
Search for the username and client entry.
Next, select Domains > Add Domains.
Paste the domain name, ensure no option is checked. Finally, select Add Domain. To verify that the domain has been added, go to Mails.
If both Step 1 and Step 2 are completed, send a BCH welcoming email via Billing System.
Step 3: Update Nameserver
Go to MyNIC domain mangement system. (Account can be obtained from Support System).
Navigate to Domain Name > Modify Domain.
Search the domain, tick and modify
Select Add / Remove / Change Name Server. Then, add the nameservers and select Modify.
After a short while, you will receive a TAC code.
Select Domains > Add Domains, then wait for the DNS to be propagated. This process may take up to 24 hours.
Finally, email the client.
