Issue
Do not know on how to use system to auto-reply your email sender whenever receive an email.
eg. for Vacation AutoReply or Receipt Acknowledgement.

Lack of knowledge on managing auto responders
Workaround
STEP 1: Login to your WebSitePanel hosting control panel Ex: http://cp.yourdomainname.com
STEP 2: Click on your hosting packages
STEP 3: Click on Mail -> Accounts
STEP 4: Click on Mail Id on which you want to set Auto Responder
STEP 5: Tick on Enable Auto Responder check box (Enable it)
STEP 6: Enter the Subject of Auto responder
STEP 7: Enter your message in Message Box
STEP 8: Click on “Save”
